Crewser

We Love our litle Crewser so much. He is so fun. He is very easy going and has such a tender heart. He is snuggly and always wants to be held. He is such a happy little man. Dace is his best friend and they play so cute together. We are so glad that we have him. He makes life fun.

Dace

Dace is such a sweet boy. He is such a good brother. He loves to come to the rescue whenever Crew is crying or upset. He is such a good helper to me. He loves to help me cook, do the laundry, the dishes, and really loves to do yard work. He has such a great sense of humor and always keeps us laughing. We are so lucky to have him. He is growing up so fast and he is sucha a sweetheart. We Love him so much!

First Day of School!

Dace was so excited to start kindergarten. I was not so excited. I thought that I would be ok to let him go, but I did shed a few tears as I was walking out of the school. They grow up to fast! He loves school and he has made lots of new friends. He loves his new teacher Miss Guymon. He did say that he did not know if kindergarten was really going to work out for him because they did not have snacks.

Dace going of "The Jump"

He was so brave to go off of this. He really was ok.

He was not even scared. He tried to take that

very dangerous ancient wood seld off of the jump

while we weren't watching, and it did not go as well.

The sled sent right through the jump and Dace flew over

the jump. That did not stop him.

Sledding with Cousins.

Crew had a great time sledding. He fell asleep after about

10 min.

Dace and Dagen. Dagen didn't really want to go down

the hill, but was so excited to run down the hill

as soon as Dace went down to help carry the sled back

up. Poor Dagen. I think he got the crap end of the deal.

The cousins that went. They had such a fun time. We

went on the Junior High hill. It is just enough for a

good time for little kids. We were glad to have some of the

cousins here. We missed the rest of you..

Dace told me that I put to much frosting on this poor little

snowman and now he looks like the "avaluable snowman".

I think he meant the abombinable snowman! (spelling?)

I think he ate more candy than he actually put on

the house. He was so excited to do this. This is the

first time we have done this. It was really fun.

Following Instructions

This is this past summer when we re-did our basement. I had to run to the store to grab a few things for our painting job that we were currently in the middle of. I specifically told Jake, "Dont let Dace get into the paint." I was gone all of about 20 minutes at the most. I came home to my little sweetheart, completely covered in paint. I said to Dace, "what are you doing"!!!! He said, " Painting and getting snacks for Dad and his friend". I go downstairs in a panic thinking "Men Painting" to find Jake and Briant (Jake's friend) painting my downstairs. AHHHHHHH. Jake was so excited to tell me he had recruted some help, and Dace was so excited to show me the good job he had done painting.

Sidewalk Chalk

Dace has just recently been into sidewalk chalk. He loves to write names, names and more names of anyone he can think of. He did though, draw this dinosaur which he said was a Stegosaurus. I though it looked just like one. He did a pretty good job.

Coint !

Everytime that Dace gets something new, He immediatly wants to give it a name, make it a bed, and carry it around until he eventually looses it. This is an old coin that Jakes grandpa gave to him. Dace was so excited he named it Coint and put it in his bed with him. He was complaining to Jake that it kept getting lost in his bed, and that it needed a bed of its own. I came home to a very excited Dace....Jake had hand sewn this little envelope with a button ( Hand sewn), and also made it a nice little bed with some padding. I could not believe the sewing skills. I have to say I am quite embarrassed. I probably could not have done this, and probably would not have even attempted it.

HALLOWEEN 2008

The Kids had a great Halloween. Bronx was a puppy and Crew was a pony. Dace was an army man and Taija was a snow princess. Dace got so much cany at his preschool party that we did not have to do much trick-or-treating. We went through all of Dace's candy and looked at all the stuff he had, and I asked Dace what is your favorite thing that you got. He held up some pretzels that you dip in cheese, and said I am really excited about this one. What !!!!! I could not believe it... If I would have taken all of the good stuff out already.

Dace's birthday was today. We waited until we were home from church to open presents, that is why he is wearing church clothes. He was really excited about his new stuff, We will post video of him riding his motorcycle when we get one, because we would not let him ride it today!!

Love Bird Tag!!

1.Where did you and your husband meet ?
He actually was on a double date with his date and my sister and her boyfriend. They came to our our house to get some stuff for my sister and I saw him, and thought he was really cute. Five months later I became a sophmore, and he had seminary the same hour, and I met him for the first time there.

2.What was the first thing you said to eachother?
We were riding to the store with some friends one night, and he was driving our friends car. He could not figure how to turn on the lights. He turned and asked me if I knew how to turn the lights on, and I did.

3.What was your first date?
Our very first official date, was bowling and then to JB's for dinner.

4.Where was your first kiss?
Our first kiss was at his cousins house after his birthday party.

5.Long or short courtship/engagement?
We dated for 5 years. We were engaged for 8 months.

6.Where did you get engaged?
Iknew he had then ring and had had for several weeks, so I was expecting it at any time. I was at work and called to talk to him, and his mom answered the phone, and said," no Autumn I think he went to your house." I could then hear his dad in teh back ground say,"Sandra!!!!!! She then said " You know I am not sure where he went. I then knew, What else would he be doing at my house when I was not even there. He came to Harts, not 10 minutes later where I was working and motioned for me to come outside, and I did and I got in his truck and he opened the ring box and asked me to marry him. So romantic........

7.Where did you get married?
We were married in the Manti Temple.

8.Where did you honeymoon?
We both had to work on Tues, so we stayed Sat. night at the Holiday Inn in Price, and then went to SLC where we stayed at the Grand America.

This pony is actually a girl. Her name is now Peanuts!! we have the saddle ordered, and it should be here in a week or so. I think I am more excited to ride it that Dace is. Poor Peanuts, she has no idea what she is in for !!

New Pony, Jakers !!!!!

This is Dace's new Pony. Dace named him Jakers. He really did come up with that own his own. This little thing is so cute. He is very friendly. He is just little, and he will stay that way. We are in the process of getting him a saddle, so that we can ride it. It has only been here for 2 days, and Dace is constantly wanting to go down and make sure that it is okay. We are way excited. The picture with Jake and Dace standing by it shows how small it is.

Dace's Dance
Dace performed with his boys hip hop group today at half time for a high school basketball game. He did a really good job. He loves performing in front of people. He is not shy at all. It is kind of hard to see him in the pics and the video!

More Snow and More Snow!!!!

We bought Dace a new scoop shovel. I thought is was a waste of money at the time, but I was wrong! He spent almost 2 hours outside shoveling snow. It was such a big help. He did a really good job too. He shoveled both sides of the deck and the sidewalks. The shovel was definatly a good investment.
